A light leave-in with a hair-rated UV filter at a stated 1%, for colour-treated hair that spends time outside. Sun is the fastest way to lose an expensive colour, and almost nothing in a standard routine does anything about it.
It slows fading. It does not stop it, and a summer of daily sun will still move your colour — so the claim on this page is the same one we would make in person. Weight 1 keeps it wearable every day, which matters more than strength for a product whose only job is to be on the hair when the sun is.

How to use
- Six to eight sprays over dry or damp hair, from about ten inches away.
- Comb through so the mid-lengths and ends are evenly covered.
- Reapply after swimming, and after two hours of direct sun.
Cautions
- This is a hair product. It is not a sunscreen, it is not rated for skin, and it must not be used as one.
- Contains hydrolysed rice protein. See the protein note on SR-04 if your hair stiffens.
- Chlorine and salt water both strip it. Reapply after either.
