A deep-cleansing wash with chelators and 0.5% salicylic acid, for stripping out silicone build-up, hard-water minerals and product residue. It does the job properly, which is exactly why it is not a weekly product.
Overusing a clarifier is one of the commonest reasons hair suddenly feels dry and colour looks flat. Once every three to four weeks is the honest instruction and it is printed on the bottle as well as here.

How to use
- Once every three to four weeks, in place of your usual shampoo.
- Work into the scalp, leave for one minute, rinse thoroughly.
- Always follow with CN-03 — this wash leaves hair genuinely bare.
Cautions
- Not weekly, and not on consecutive washes. Overuse leaves hair dry and dulls fresh colour.
- Not in the first two weeks after a colour service.
- Contains menthol and salicylic acid. Avoid on a broken or irritated scalp, and patch-test if your scalp is reactive.
